• Customized orders may take 5–7 working days depending on design and preparation time.

   Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free delivery may be available on selected offers or minimum order value.

2. Order Processing
   Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Payment Method

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for standard (non-customized) products.

• Customized orders require advance payment (full or partial) before processing.

• Orders without advance payment for custom items will not be confirmed.
