Return & Refund Policy

At Giftora, we strive to deliver high-quality and carefully crafted products. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

  1. No Return on Custom Orders
    All customized and personalized products are made specially for you, therefore they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures. We will review the issue and offer a replacement if applicable.

  3. Exchange Policy
    Exchange is only possible for non-custom items and must be requested within 2 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  4. Refund Policy
    Refunds are only applicable in case of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Item received in damaged condition

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  1. Order Cancellation
    Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, cancellation is not possible.

  2. Delivery Issues
    We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address, or unavailability of the customer.
